Welcome to Mystic Shores at Canyon Lake
Nestled among limestone bluffs and tree-lined hills, and cradled between the bends of the Guadalupe River and the north shoreline of Canyon Lake, the Mystic Shores acreage community reflects the true spirit of the Texas Hill Country. The historic towns of Gruene, Fredericksburg, Blanco, Johnson City, Boerne, and Luckenbach are minutes away. Mystic Shores is a diverse community offering spectacular views of the hill country, Canyon Lake and the Guadalupe River. The property has two separate gated communities, non-gated neighborhoods, and select properties where cattle and horses graze. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets highlighted with star-filled nights will capture your dreams. Welcome to Mystic Shores at Canyon Lake.

Mystic Shores is located on Highway 306, six miles east of Highway 281 and 25 miles west of IH35, close to San Antonio, New Braunfels, San Marcos, and Austin. Our properties are on both the north and south side of 306.

How to Join our Virtual Meetings
Currently, many of our meetings are held via Zoom.
This permits our members to participate without concern about COVID transmission. It also allows those members who are not yet residents and those who are away from their homes in Mystic Shores to participate.
  • Members can join meetings via computer, smart phone or tablet to view video and hear audio.
  • Members can also join via telephone to participate via audio only.
If you have never used ZOOM, this video is a good starting point: How to Join a Zoom Meeting for the First Time. It is recommended that you take the first steps (register for an account and download the app) well BEFORE a scheduled meeting so that you are not delayed in joining.
Many of our meetings (including our board and annual meetings) require registration. (Links are in the communications and agendas sent to Association members.) Following registration, the link to the actual meeting along with the meeting ID, password and dial in information will be emailed to you.
