Welcome to Mystic Shores at Canyon Lake
Nestled among limestone bluffs and tree-lined hills, and cradled between the bends of the Guadalupe River and the north shoreline of Canyon Lake, the Mystic Shores acreage community reflects the true spirit of the Texas Hill Country.
The property has two separate gated communities (The Peninsula and Rio Central), non-gated neighborhoods, and select properties where cattle and horses graze.
Property owners include young couples with families, retirees, and weekenders. Mystic Shores spans about 7,000 acres with 2,200 home sites and fifty miles of road. Properties range from one to more than twenty acres.
The community is active in conservation initiatives, accomplished by promoting scientific studies and projects that encourage the biodiversity and health of indigenous wildlife. There are also education initiatives for water conservation, dark skies, and landscape enhancement with native plants.
The Mystic Shores Property Owners Association is a non‑profit organization and every property owner is an automatic member and shares a portion of the responsibility for its support. The Association owns and maintains common properties and facilities including public rights‑of‑way or easements, walls, fencing, safety lanes, green belt landscaping, sprinkler systems and fountains, parks and recreational areas. Current information regarding annual assessments, resale certificates, etc. are available by contacting the Alamo Management Group.
